Readable, chatty, lively, different, quirkily shaped

and full of dazzling colour

The Good Life is free, publishing six times a year to 12,200 homes in Surbiton, Tolworth, Berrylands and Long Ditton. We now reach 30,000 readers with our well-written editorial, and our eye-catching adverts.

What makes The Good Life a great newspaper

Since our launch in early 2012, we’ve built an excellent relationship with our readers, who tell us they like the fact that we are truly local, we support the area, and that we produce a readable, informative paper which enjoys the humour and unpredictability of life. Many pass the paper on to friends.

Experience

We have extensive journalistic experience, a wealth of local knowledge, and all our contributors and distributors live locally. The paper is printed in the Royal Borough.

Community

We support Surbiton’s community events and its independent businesses, especially the Maple Road farmers’ market – the area’s most popular and successful regular community event.

The arts

We are the only publication which offers comprehensive coverage of the arts in the area.

Your stories

We love hearing from anyone staging events, running a club, sharing news and pictures, or recalling Surbiton’s past.

Support your community newspaper

If you enjoy reading The Good Life and would like to keep your neighbours informed about what is going on in the area, then join our little band of volunteers and deliver your community newspaper to your street. The Good Life is published six times a year between March and November. If you think you might be able to help, even if it is just a few times a year, then the editor would love to hear from you.
