It was going to be an Eat In or Take Away midweek pop-up. Now, thanks to Tier 3 restrictions, it’s a central Surbiton, lip-smacking, hot takeaway service on Thursday and Friday night instead.

Chef Richard Hards, pictured, of Surbiton-based barbecued food delivery service Boxed Local, who has worked in some of London’s top restaurants, will be serving up juicy 16-hour smoked pulled pork buns, smoked aubergine and halloumi buns, and loaded BBQ bean nachos at the Lamb pub in Brighton Road between 5-9pm.
