Why not gift a bouquet or wreath for your Valentine or Galentine (for your female besties) made with some theatrical flair by chums Lauren Smith and Sarah Mathieson.

The duo, who work out of a studio in Villiers Close, Surbiton, launched Lunaria London when they found themselves jobless in March when The National Theatre closed because of the pandemic.

“We set up Lunaria in lockdown as we’ve always liked keeping busy and creative and we have a passion for flowers,” said Lauren.

The pair, who first met while working at Madame Tussauds, and who have gone on to do musicals like Wicked and Jersey Boys among others, turned their creative skills from wigs, hair and make-up to dried flowers and related gifts and vases instead.

Bouquets range in size and price from £6 to £25. Bath salts for a luxury soak are £12 and wreaths are £30.

“We’re doing a combo deal of a medium bunch and bath salts for £20,” added Sarah. “All products are natural and packaging is eco-friendly, recycled and recyclable.”

Last postage is tomorrow (Thursday) or place orders for a local delivery within the Surbiton/Kingston area before 11am on Saturday.

DM the duo on Instagram @lunarialondon, view their Etsy page or phone 07947 412168.
