Ed Davey, has had his first jab. The Surbiton MP and leader of the Lib-Dems, announced the moment on Twitter today (Wednesday) saying: “Huge thanks to NHS teams across Kingston and the whole country working tirelessly to roll out the vaccine.

“As a carer, I was jabbed this morning. If you’re one of the 10 million people caring for a loved one, make sure your GP knows you’re a carer.”

Sir Ed and his wife Emily have two children, John, 13, who is disabled, and Ellie, 6.
