A rash of potholes has appeared throughout Surbiton, Tolworth and Berrylands, with pitted roads proving hazardous for cyclists, motorists and pedestrians. The grim weather of recent weeks, and the incessant rainfall, has carved up major roads and side streets, with some turning into obstacle courses as vehicles swerve to dodge caverns, hollows and grottos. Kingston
