Police appeal for witnesses to hit and run in Victoria Road0

Police are appealing for witnesses to a hit-and-run in Surbiton on Monday. The victim, a 29-year-old, was in Victoria Road shortly after 3pm when a vehicle collided with him and then drove off.  It was found abandoned further along the road.
