At the King George Field Indoor Bowls Club in Jubilee Way, Tolworth – Kingston borough’s only indoor bowls club – there are free have-a-go sessions on Tuesdays from 6-7pm.

It’s open to everyone over five.

Wear soft, flat-soled shoes. No need to book… just, er, bowl up. Large car park.

Also, free trial sessions on Sundays, 10am-noon.
