Whether you’re a complete novice, or you know your way around the kitchen, expert chefs at Save the World Club – the recycling hub on the Surbiton/Kingston boundary – will teach you how to make Chicken & Lemon Risotto as part of their World On A Plate education programme.

The class, for over 18s only, runs from 11am to 1pm and costs a fiver. Bring a standard adult lunch container (up to 600ml) to take your meal home.
