Surbiton’s No1 prestige restaurant, The French Table, is holding a wine dinner based around Alsace wines, with Andrew from Thorman Hunt wines as your guide, accompanied by the Table’s own Sarah Guignard.

Four courses are paired with different wines from the region, starting with sparkling, then dry whites, then Grand Cru, reds with the meat course and dessert wine to finish.

It’s £150 for four courses plus four paired wines, and a welcome glass on arrival as well.
