Surbiton town centre’s new barber shop is just days away from opening, although what it’s called is anyone’s guess.
The former flight centre near to Poundland and McDonald’s in Victoria Road is fully equipped and ready to roll, once the fascia is finished.
Builders converting the shop finally had enough of people pointing out that ‘COMMING’ wasn’t a word, and corrected the window sign (see below). But, as one wag pointed out, they missed a trick. BARBER SHOP COMBING SOON would have been far more eye-catching.
The Good Life suggests Something For The Weekend, Sir as an apt name for the new premises.
