What do you think about your community?
Tolworth-based community interest company The Community Brain is keen to learn what people feel about the community in which they live. It has launched a survey to get your ideas and opinions.
“Each year we ask people’s views on what it’s been like to live, work or study in the area where they live,” said project co-ordinator Charlotte Levy whose group organises events such as the King’s Soup, pictured, in Claremont Gardens, Surbiton.
“We want to see how you feel now, and it will be no surprise that we have introduced some questions to find out how current uncertainties and challenges are having an impact on you and the community where you live.
“And that’s why we’d really like your help in completing this survey as frankly and fully as you can. We’d be delighted if you could also share it with others, so they can help too.”
You don’t have to live in the Surbtion, Tolworth or Berrylands to join in the survey, says the group which organises community activities in the borough of Kingston.
“Wherever you live, the things you tell us about your community can help us with what we do ourselves, as well as improving the advice and support we can give to others now, and in future,” said Charlotte.
“It only takes around 15 minutes, but your feedback will really help us understand what’s important to you now and for the future.
“We’d love to hear from as many people as possible, wherever they live, so please spread the word… to friends, family, colleagues. It’s open to everyone. The more, the merrier.”
