Monkey and his friend Karen Ross are hosting a free Insta-live family disco party every Friday at 6pm during lockdown.

The Friday Night Family Disco is suitable for babies, toddlers, pre-school children and their families.

And grown-ups, why not share your phone screen with your TV and really bring the event into your living room?

“Put on your disco light and start the weekend with some dancing, singing and playing along!” said Karen, a Berrylands mum who has run Monkey Music Kingston, Surbiton and Thames Ditton for the past eight years. “Find something sparkly to wear and join in the fun!

“Bring your clapping hands, patting knees, singing voices, shaky instruments and bubbles to blow at the end so everyone calms down in time for bed.”
