    You’ll be seeing more hanging baskets around shopping parades in Surbiton this summer, thanks to a community grant from the Surbiton Neighbourhood Committee. Chiltern Drive, Ewell Road and Berrylands Road will get six, 16 and five respectively plus brackets to fix the baskets to street lights. Each hanging basket costs £77 and each bracket costs
