Look out for this man on the river today (Sunday). Howard Leather is expected to arrive on the Surbiton stretch of the Thames mid afternoon, probably around 3pm. The paddleboard instructor is part of the way through an epic 900-mile circuit of England’s rivers and canals – he has already done well over 300 miles.
