Hanging baskets will brighten up Surbiton’s shopping parades again this spring. Streets which will receive the hanging basket treatment are Victoria Road (30), Claremont Road (16), Brighton Road (7), St Mark’s Hill (13), Tolworth Broadway on the M&S side of the street (19), Chiltern Drive (6), Ewell Road (16) and Berrylands (5).
