There’s an 8pm kick-off at Kingsmeadow, under the lights, when Chelsea host Aston Villa on Wednesday January 15 in the quarter-finals of the FA Women’s Continental League Cup, writes Jane Grove.

The match is one of four all staged that evening, building up to the final on Saturday February 29.

Holders Man City face Sheffield United, while last season’s runners-up and five-time winners Arsenal, who topped Group B, are pitched against Reading. Brighton will travel to Manchester United.
