Emma Egerton will be holding her next vegan pop-up takeaway/drive-thru at Tolworth railway station on Saturday (April 3).
On the menu at the Baking Ideas community kitchen next to the station is homemade burgers (chickpea masala, mushroom and black rice, black bean), fries and slaw, a hot dish of the day (roasted veg stew with rice, nachos and cheez), and sweet treats (choc brownies and pear and hazelnut shortbread).
The Little Ginger plant-powered pop-up will run from midday to 7pm. Free parking while you wait is available in the station forecourt.
Emma, who lives in Surbiton, has been running her street food and catering business since 2016 and started the pop-up at the Baking Ideas kitchen in January.
