    A burst water main near Tolworth roundabout caused traffic jams near the railway station, the Premier Inn and the site of the new Lidl HQ this morning (Wednesday). Thames Water engineers were called and have been repairing the water main which flooded the A240 Kingston Road Northbound and blocked one of three lanes. Kingston Council
