As if by magic this rainbow appeared just before Clap for Carers last night (Thursday).

It was pictured by estate agent John Flynn.

“I was walking my dog yesterday evening and spotted it,” said John who is a partner at Seymours at the corner of Brighton Road and Victoria Avenue.

“It was very timely and appropriate as it was just before we headed home for the clap to thank the carers and frontline staff.

“I walked a bit further to see if I could get the same photo with St Andrew’s Church in the foreground but the colours weren’t so strong by then.”

The rainbow has become the public’s symbol of support for NHS and other key workers during the coronavirus crisis.

John will have an impressive new office to show customers when lockdown is lifted – work was finished just before restrictions were imposed in March.

Meanwhile his team is busy working remotely to complete on moves and take others as close as they can to exchange of contracts.
